We provide our clients with complete support through our diverse communication methods. Based on preference, clients may contact us with their inquiry through email, phone or Skype. Business services can be scheduled through these channels or in person at your preferred location.

Courtney and Co Business Services has two locations in Australia; Gold Coast in Queensland and Perth in Western Australia, but we are a business with Australia-wide and global reach.

DO YOU OFFER AN OBLIGATION-FREE QUOTE / ESTIMATE?

​

Yes. We offer to come and meet you and get a general idea on your business and see how we can improve the areas that you require help with. You might require us to do a specific task, like setting up your company policies or create an employment agreement that you can use for all your employees, or you might want ongoing support in just one or maybe more areas - we are here to help. Once we have discussed your requirements, we will be happy to provide you with a proposal or an hourly rate for ongoing projects.

DO YOU PROVIDE ME WITH AN AGREEMENT IF I DECIDE TO USE YOUR SERVICES?

Yes. We will create an agreement reflecting your specific needs. You might want to use more than one service with us, or you might just need help with one specific task. We are confident that in time, you will find our expertise to be very valuable to your business and our professional customer care is second to none. If you decide not to use our services anymore, the only thing you need to do is advise us in writing and your agreement will be cancelled immediately. There are no associated costs with cancelling your agreement.

WHAT IF I ONLY NEED YOU A COUPLE OF TIMES A YEAR OR IF SOMETHING UNEXPECTED POPS UP?

That's absolutely fine, you will only get charged for the time when we are actively working for you.

HOW DO YOU DO CONSULTATIONS?

​

It depends what suits you the best. We are happy to come to see you at your place of business, we can do consultations on the phone, via email or via Skype. We do prefer to meet face to face the first time, but we do understand that your time is valuable and the choice is always yours.

CAN YOU TRAVEL TO OTHER CITIES / COUNTRIES IF REQUIRED?

​

Yes. There is an associated cost with travel but we are happy to provide an obligation-free quote once we know your requirements.

WILL I SAVE MONEY USING COURTNEY & CO INSTEAD OF HAVING AN EMPLOYEE?​

​

Absolutely. Having a full time or part time employee will still cost you extra; you will have to pay their tax, superannuation, sick leave, annual leave, long service leave, and you are still paying for their time even when they don't have much to do. You don't have any of these costs with us and you only pay for the time when we are actually working for you.

We accept a variety of payment methods including major credit cards, debit cards, cash, bank transfer and PayPal.
